  Walked in asking about if there is any foreign transactions fees for debt card/checking account. I was told I ONLY CREDIT CARD dowse not have foreign transactions fees. However I asked capital and I was confirmed that there is NOT for debt card as well. I guess the staff just tried to trick me to open up a credit card

  Today this branch denied to deposit my checks to my CC account and I went main st branch then they deposited without hassle. But this branch argued me isn't possible. I deposited last month also same branch. I said you can check my account but csr said we couldn't check your account. Bad service in my life for today experience .

  This branch are awesome. The staff are extremely friendly and professional. Everyone smile at me to greet me when I come in through the door. They work fast and efficient. This branch deserve 5 star and I hope other people who leave comments here to give them 5 star.

  So bad customer service. On the 1st of June, I went there to change my address. One old guy told me to wait for who can help me. So I'm waiting in the line. By that time one guy from the middle, call me to come and ask my address and card. After I gave him he told me to go back and he told me "Do not worry, I'll give you address to the guy who can change address". I ask him twice "Are you sure?". He told me "yes". So, I left. But today I use my card and I put my new address for billing address. They told me I can't use that card because my billing address and bank card address are not the same. I already change the address!!!!!!!!. Why this is happening?🤔🤔🤔 So I checked my accounts by log in at their website. What I saw is my old address!!!!!!!!!!😠😠😠 That mean is the guy who took my address, didn't do his job. I think I can believe him because he's banker from those bank. Really disappointed. 😡😡😡😡Lucky I'm forgot to ask his name. But I'll see you on Monday guy. 😏😏😏😏

  Very fast and easy. The staff here are very well trained and they know what they are doing. Always make the customer feel important.
