This branch COMPLETELY ruined the joy of opening my first business account. The banker was lukewarm -- at best, only provided information about the business accounts when asked -- and nothing more, tried to tell me her teammate locked up the debit cards (so I would have to wait for it) AFTER she deposited all of my money and told me I'd get a debit card, AND apparently coded the whole thing wrong. Now, I can't access my accounts until someone at the bank fixes the coding. I'm not even mad. I'm just disappointed. I love Capital One for my personal accounts, and even thought I found better business accounts elsewhere, I decided Cap One had earned my business (so to speak). With this one branch, I'm rethinking that.

Drive through is scheduled to open at 8 AM and no one came to the drive to service the customers. Arrived at 7:55 and sat here until 8:35 AM.

I've used this location about 6 times, inside the lobby. Every time has been positive, with friendly cashiers. All my transactions have been simple and routine, so I haven't experienced the need for a personal banker or manager or any special services, so I can't rate the customer service as exceptional only because I haven't needed anything more than a quick deposit of my checks. So far, I really like this location.

Only one banker on afternoon shift. Had to leave after hour long wait. Customer service is optional here.

There is no guard here and it is not the safest area in town. There a huge area where bad things could happen. They definitely dont have enough cash-register people which makes it super slow. I asked to be walked out of the building to my car with all the money I had on me and that took 10 min just to get the manager to walk me out to my car.
