  Great branch service. All the atms are fully available about 95% of the time. But theres always at least one atm fully working which is great. Tellers are SUPER nice, very accurate and helpful.

  Horrible customer service resulting in serious inconvenience to my bank accounts, I will never use this branch of Capital one, the worst one that I’ve used and I’ve been a customer for uears

  Take for ever to assist their clients, CapitalOne y'all have to work harder to move it forward, and faster. In addition, those iPad's needs to be fix, or else it makes no sense to have it on the front. Furthermore, their customer service is useless.

  This bank needs to updated.The ATMs are not functional a lot of the time. Furthermore, an ATM eat one of our checks and the card. We called the 800 number for assistance and the rep assisting us said to go to the bank tomorrow, she couldn't do any thing. The good points are that the second time we called, the rep was very helpful. She canceled the card and sent us new new ones and file a claim. the rep at the bank a day later found the check and confirmed what was going on.
