  ATM's don't work properly. I have to tab the screen many times to make it work. I also have to insert the bills many times before the machine takes them. It is annoying. Please upgrade those ATM's.

  Just made my first checking account In this branch and was helpful . Banker was positive and provide tips and reasoning on what’s best for me . As an first timer . My experience wth this bank was good.hope it continues like that .

  What is going on it use to be a good bank with good service 3-4 years ago. Now it is slow under staff. Received i was to receive forms from another capital bank n das them back right inside of the bank on fulton ave. Do you believe the lady change me $5.00. To fax sign documents from one capital one bank to another. What type BS is this?!??!?.
