  Horrible bank. Everyone there is a complete and total moron. Every person tells you something different. Capital One as a whole SUCKS. Wait times via phone are horrible. Customer service everywhere is horrible. Don’t bank with them!

  this has to be the worst Branch around the towers are very rude impolite and keep you waiting while they talk to each other. I asked for change some fives and tens I'm having a garage sale and even though I have an account there they gave me a hard time
