  I was told to send documents via FAX to this branch by a relationship banker at the branch. And then they sat there for nearly two weeks, since it was not the correct department. Today I called to find out the progress, & was told that I was given the wrong information, different dept, & essentially I had wasted two weeks. The customer service is arrogant and uninformative, even when asked for respectfully. I would not ever use this bank again.
