  Horrible experience with customer service. Bankers don't want to help customers. They simply pass on a phone number and let you handle the work on your own. I thought the purpose of having a bank account is to have checks. How does a financial institution not issue there own customers either starter checks. Or they help customers in processing checks? I am so confused here.......

  The friendliest Capital one branch I've ever been to and I've been to many. I'm always greeted with a smile and they always call me by name

  Try to avoid this branch. Filled with nonsense. From teller to manager have no clue how to take care of customers. Gave out wrong information about cashing check and declined to cash it even though their bank name is on the check. Had to go to another branch and had no issues cashing it
