  i went to ask for my credit card. they just keep told me call Customer service. they too lazy to bored to help you.

  I called to get information about a saving account and the Chinese lady keep cutting me off and ending with. We don't have any kind of promotion.

  Nobody could take care my case! I try to buy a bag at Macy's,but i didn't get it Macy's still charge my money. I tell them but nobody can help me solve the problem!! I came to bank 7 time they said there is nothing they could help me,the employee told me the manager can not help me also.!! I come 2 times still didn't find the manager,10:30am and 3pm. I am really upset at capital one bank!!!! Really really bad!!! 服务人员非常不认真负责！！我在macy 消费，可是没有收到东西，我就让他们帮我跟macy 协商帮我把钱退回来，她们竟然让我自己去找macy ，然后macy 说让银行跟他们协商，然后双方互相踢球，没有一个人愿意解决！！我打银行电话两个小时没人能解决，又去银行里，银行员工竟然告诉我没有办法帮我解决，我必须要付这个钱！！导致我的信用特别特别差！！！我说要找他们经理，里面的人竟然说经理也不会帮我解决的，我靠！！！如果有零分我要给他们零分！！！巨差的服务！！！！
