  My mom - 83 year old - account was closed because she took out a little more than she had in. The account was closed but the bank never sent a letter or otherwise contacted her regarding the closure. The following month all her direct deposits sent to her account was in disarray and she had to open a new account. NO apology of any sort. Just a make sure it doesn't happen again. That's taking care of our senior citizens. Thank You Capital One! True Vikings...

  Worst Capitol one branch I’ve ever visited. The atms never work properly and took $160 from my account. Would give zero stars if possible.

  Avoids this bank at all cost. There are a lot of options so I suggest you bank elsewhere. Service = The service is horrible. It is an ordeal to get anything done in this bank. A simple transaction can take forever. Staff = The staff is a mess and lack basic customer service skils. Most of the time they can't handle basic banking things like replacing an ATM card. Tellers = The tellers seem to lack common sense and ask a million thing even though they seen you before or you give them ID.
