  It says "ATM", but I suppose that is just to show that this is an ATM location, not to ignore the presence of a bank, so I'll review both. The ATM is on the front facade of the free standing building. It's not in a vestibule, but outside. That's a negative. You can get done with your ATM business fast, but out in the open. It's a safe area, and the one ATM does not seem to attract a line, so being out side doesn't seem to be a problem. But inside is preferential. The bank itself is comfortable size, with employees who know the customers, and provides a Keurig coffee/tea machine. There might he a few people on line during peak periods, but it moves, and other times there might only be one or two. Capital One is competitive compared to other large banks, and the customer service is good.
