  This is the sickest company in Fresno. They prey on citizen of Fresno to maximize their profits. MH is a totally sick employee of this company. She seems like she hates society and people of Fresno. She takes peoples hard earn money with the help of legal terms.... Do not do business with this company

  My experience with Capital Collections was horrible. It is unfortunate that I still have to make an effort to resolve an old account. Capital Collections does not know the meaning of proffessionalism nor do they understand that all people should be treated equally.

  Customer rep would not allow me to record our conversation, ensuring my protection from over charging my account. She asked if she could record the conversation and i said yes, When i asked her if i could record our conversation and that i had planned to pay my balance in full; her response was "sir if your recording this conversation i have to end the call" I explained i had not started yet, but the reason i wished to record my payment via phone ensuring i wouldnt be over charged. These companies will lie to you over the phone then charge whatever they want when you hang up, Then they have a recording of you saying you authorize the transaction, But they leave out the agreed paid amount. There for i could not complete my payment because she wouldn't allow me to have a record of my payment. Her name was silvia and she cost the company some money today. I was able to settle directly with the creditor at a discounted rate.

  Scammers. Rude awful company. Doesn't have the facts and the proof but they want your money...even if you don't owe it. What a joke.
