Such a great location! Close to everything! It's in a neighborhood that is nice and quiet.

Lived here for four years and my experience was horrible. I had really loud neighbors and reported it to the front office, but they did not take any initiative. Some of the laundry equipment doesnt work properly and it is hard to be in contact with the front office if you cannot see them in person. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it.

All utilities included. Good layouts and cheap rent within a nice neighborhood. The pool area is awesome. The laundry facilities are cheap. A very nice place to live over all. If I were to change one thing it would be the parking lot, it is cramped but there is ample street parking.

Convenient, sophisticated, and well maintained. Comfortable safe living with community pool and green landscaping in the desert.

I've lived here for about three years now. As a grad student, I didn't want to be around a ton of loud undergrads but still wanted to be close to the UA's campus. Capistrano fits that need. The grounds are well maintained, and having utilities included in rent is nice, especially since I'm a wimp from up north that doesn't think that 85 degrees is an acceptable temperature inside an apartment in the Summer and I tend to run my AC more than I probably should. Management is on-site (must have changed since the review from 7 years ago that says they aren't). Which is great. We now also have a system for storing packages that sends you an email and keeps them in lockers inside the laundry room (of which there is one for the whole complex, rather than in-unit... but good luck finding that in Tucson). So, no problem if you can't get to the office before they close to pick up a package. The only downside is the price, I feel it's a bit high for the one-bedroom considering the size and length of time since anything has been remodeled (kitchen primarily shows this). However, I figure I'm paying for the location, which is a good one. I've had no issues and would recommend. Edit: This place has since been bought by Scotia Group and may or may not be run well in the future. Too soon to tell.
