  Barbara booked a trip for myself and my client to Johannesburg. Subsequently my client requested seat assignments and despite numerous phone calls and emails we have been unable to get seats assigned. The only response we got was a request for more money to secure seats (this on top of a four figure airfare). Despite agreeing to pay extra for what should have been done in the first place, we have been unable to get assigned seats on these very long flights. I will never refer another client to Cape to Cairo.
