  Place looks clean. Spoke with the owner when I made an appointment, she was very helpful. My appointment isn't until next month, so I can't say anything about the quality of work. I just have a good feeling, and I've been to a lot of tattoo shops. I'll update my rating afterward.

  Cool staff ,Great artwork, really perfessional, and affordable price for how big my tattoo is. Definitly coming back to Cap City!!

  I have 20+ hours of tattooing from Alli MacGregor, owner of Cap City. Alli is an incredibly talented artist. Her vision for fine details and cohesiveness really set her artwork apart from her peers. Alli did my first tattoo and killed it (my left-arm half sleeve) so I went back for my right arm half sleeve and couldn't be happier. HIGHLY recommend to anyone who wants some near-perfect work.
