  I have been with canvas credit union for a while. I was a member when they were public service credit union. I have felt welcome and felt comfortable with the branch. Unfortunately recently I didn't have the best experience. I had received some inheritance money from family. Jeffrey Beal was too aggressive on up selling products. I didn't liked his pushiness. It was funds to do what needed to do. I didn't his need guidance when I said no. He gave my contact information that I didn't authorize to a financial advisor me from another branch. I went back to put some money in a CD. Again, he was pushing me on a credit card with points. He said it was free money. I have had issues with credit card in the past. He stated I could pay my car payment which my husband pays. I have been really ill and needed to do business with canvas. I wasn't happy with your associate Jeffrey Beal. He needs training on customer experience and not doing a hard sell.

  I have been banking with canvas for over 2 years, and they are a wonderful bank. Jeffery was absolutely wonderful today and the best customer service I've had in a long time. Not only did he help me quickly and efficiently, but he helped me set up a money marketing account that I've been thinking about for months. If I didn't speak with Jeffrey today I probably wouldn't have opened it for a while. Thank you for your assistance.

  Terrible credit union and extremely inconvenient for members. I’ve never had such a hard time trying to pay a bill over the phone, app, or website at any bank or credit union.

  Jeffery gave me excellent service! Without me asking, he informed me of an additional savings account that I could open that has a 3.25% interest rate. He also informed me of different options for me to help improve my credit. All while completing my deposit quickly and easily. Highly recommend canvas and especially this branch!

  I have been a customer of this credit union for about 5 years. They have always helped me when I need help. More recently, I went into the branch HURRYING to get preapproved for a home loan. Twee was amazing, so on top of everything and I feel like she went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. They have helped me refinance and lower payments for loans I had taken out years prior. I'm definitely sticking with this company! I also like this location because it's hardly busy (unless it's lunch time [12-1] during the weekday) and it has an ATM right out front.
