  It's a basic hotel. My only issue is the air kept kicking on and off in the room and it was also super hot in the room when we first entered. It was a nice place to stay because of the free breakfast but even it wasn't the best. It was just ok!

  No complaints. Room was clean. No problems checking in or out. Employees were helpful and considerate.

  Nice place..nice room big and everything..just had one problem...when my kids went to the lobby..your front counter person was very rude to them they was teens just want to go in the work out room..not doing nothing just got loud a little..because they heard a dog..so now he want to say he got people calling on them..2 times and that he will put them out..cause people payed real good money to stay in they suit..i payed my Money too..when I got back to the hotel I was pissed started to go to him and give him a peace of my mind..i was very up set with him because he act like this Hotel was just quit or something and everyone was all outside..and i felt if he had people calling on us..the right thing to do was talked to someone over the kids then to tell them he was going to put them out..i payed my Money just like everyone else.. I was booked in January for my room I didn't need him being rude..but when I get to the lobby he want to be all nice..but I didn't get his name he was on nights here at this Hotel working the the front counter..

  Very comfortable. Nice beds, clean. Strange musky smell however. Overall a nice experience.

  I stayed at the Candlewood Suites Indianapolis East for two nights while in town for a conference. The price was great and the hotel is relatively new with well-appointed suites. Our room had a queen-sized bed and a full kitchen. The hotel is targeted towards extended stays, so while there aren't things like a free breakfast and daily housekeeping service, there are other convenient services like a laundry area, games and movies to borrow, and a small convenience markets in case you want to grab food to prepare in your room. All the staff we interacted with we're incredibly friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the hotel has a very small parking lot; we got back fairly late and couldn't find a parking spot in the hotel lot or their overflow lot (which is unlit, which is a bit odd). Ultimately we talked to the front desk attendant said we could park in the lot of the Quality Inn next door so all was fine in the end, but it was a bit of an annoyance. All in all, the Candlewood Suites was a nice place to stay and is a hotel I will keep in mind if I find myself in the area in the future.
