  I live there 2 years is the best place I found I will not move, maintenance they're good what they do reception is good if you have a issue they work on it the apartments is nice and clean, nice apartment to live I will not move.

  This place is going downhill fast.An elderly woman got shot last week and I heard gun shots last night. A lot of non residents can easily access the property. Security is a joke. They let anyone move in here. Drug dealers in nearly every building. It was once a decent community but if you'd like to be scared to leave your apartment after 10pm because someone will rob you or getting hit by a stray bullet...otherwise stay away. Also there is preferred treatment for those who are on section 8. I've tried to transfer units many times but they never have vacancies but if you are on section 8 they'll feed you will gold spoon.

  Even though there is a long waiting list, when I called to get information the lady that answered was extremely polite. And I have seen this place. It is very very nice. I can see why the long waiting list and 5 star rating. Blessings!
