  If you are looking for a management company, I would not recommend CanAm Real Estate Services. They consistently did not send monthly statements timely and you will need to constantly ask for transfers to be made. They charge to rehab units without prior approval and send large bills that will surprise you. Units are left vacant for months without explanation of why it is taking so long to rent. They allowed one building to fall into disrepair, promised that things would not be delivered, and overall did not do a good job at keeping me informed of what was going on. If you like losing money, being frustrated, and constantly asking when transfers and/or statements will be sent to you for the rents they have received for you, they are a good choice. As an example, I was paying for utility bills that I later found out were not getting paid. In fact, two properties had received disconnect notices that I was unaware of. When asked about it, I was told by Rebecca that they did not pay utility bills because they thought they were trying to make the properties profitable. I rarely received leases for new tenants, and later found that the rent raises I was told were occurring were never actually documented in writing. Manny and Rebecca will attempt to convince you big things and fail to deliver. I would not recommend Rebecca Cordova or Manny Cordova to manage any property for you in the Las Vegas area.
