  Staff was rude, they didn[t want to be schedule the surgery, they just wanted me to keep paying the surcharges from consults. I think thats how to monster I mean doctor makes his money. "Consult fees". don't be tricked!!

  I have not had a consultation yet, i just want to write my experience. I called the office today to set up a appointment for a consultation. A lady named Gabi picked up the phone she told me it was $50 for a consult which I was ok with paying. I asked her what dates she had available before giving her my information because I have a baby girl and I needed to see if my husband will be home that day. She then gives me a horrible attitude and right away puts me in hold. I guess she did not want to talk to me because of my accent. I waited on hold until a lady named Selena picked up she was very sweet and nice and took her time with me. I was able to book a consultation with her even with my accent being in the way. It is every sad that Gabi would be so horrible and rude and just throw me in hold. I felt like she thought I was a waste of time. Meanwhile I want to book surgery and pay it off in cash.

  Horrible staff, stay away, Gabi needs some act right. Or maybe she should find a new job because customer service is her weak suit. Makes this place come off as very money hungry. STAY AWAY until the doc gets a new staff.

  From start to finish Dr. B and his staff have been amazing to deal with. After my surgery Dr. B personally stayed in contact with me every single day via his personal cell. If I had any questions he was always available to answer me back within a reasonable time frame. I am 100% satisfied with his work and would recommend him to anyone and everyone.

  My wife Laura has been to Dr B twice in the past 4 months. Each time it has been a pleasure. Laura is very pleased with the work performed by Dr. B and me personally. I love the new ass :)
