::THEY WILL HOLD YOUR MONEY HOSTAGE!! It's been a month since I opened a Savings and Checking account with them. I randomly got locked out of my online banking and had to call customer support to find out my accounts have been closed since my activity "was flagged as suspicious" The agent was incredibly rude and said "I will not give you any information. Go to the bank with your ID if you want your money back". I can't believe what I'm hearing since this is my life savings in the balance here. It's been a couple days and nobody is bothering to help me or give me any meaningful information on getting back my funds. Never bank with these people. They are not trustworthy at all.

::I opened an account with them yesterday, and they were very helpful and informative. I went in again today to get some financial documents sorted, and it was done very quickly. Online and mobile banking seem to work fine! Thanks Rob!
