::I just called and spoke to someone who had no idea what they were talking about. When you need to rent a breast pump - someone should know a thing or two about them!!! Super frustrating.

::Beginning was very nice - they immediately provided the device, promised to deal with insurance etc. But... In a month we received a bill for the part that insurance did not pay. The bill contained services that we never ordered. Tried to communicate with them - attitude dramatically changed: "we do not care, it's your problem, deal with your insurance". We obviously contacted our insurance as well. The insurance checked the situation and announced that it will deal with that people as "services" that Cambridge Medical Supply is trying to bill for are not allowed from the first place (i.e. not compatible with the device). So, you may want to think about that. And, by the way, check their BBB rating.
