  I visited the store to get a consultation regarding a possible bed bug infestation as well as to buy products that would help me be proactive rather than reactive to their presence. The recipient (Jamal) at the store was very helpful with his advice remained objective. He never told me answers I wanted to hear but at the same time was able to give me all the possible scenarios for the situation I was in. They also have quite a diverse array of treatment products to buy.

  After calling about 10 companies handling Bed bugs issues i realized it was very expensive service , most of the high end companies really take advantage of the psychosis around Bed bugs attack and make it more dramatic and mysterious asking you to leave the apartment during treatment for 4 hours... i finally discover this Guy Jamal, very straight forward , not always telling things you want to hear but always telling the truth, before i ordered the service he even proposed to sell the products to save money ... he has a store for 30 years only selling product to eliminate pests... so he knows bed bugs by heart.. i did not receive any money or discount from this company but they are just the best choice i could have made.. Watch out all impostors pretending this is their main business they just jumped into a niche where big mark up are possible as potential customer is under attack and make decision on emergency...

  Came here to get the old school snap traps for our mice problem. The man working gave us two free glue traps to try out as well. Set the snap traps with peanut butter and caught a mouse later that day. Great products and excellent service!
