  Often only swirl litter on 101, sf to sj, without sucking it up! Elevated Highway 280 in San Francisco has drains that are growing grass.that's how neglected are highways are! Highway 280 South to 92 East has a right shoulder completely littered for months especially the transition ramp!

  Instead of wasting taxpayers money in worthless signs, at brake checks along our freeways. A simple trash can and honeybucket will help keep things clean. Keep it simple ladies and gentlemen. California tax payer since 81. MJ

  Coming home from Tahoe on 50, came across the most arrogant, rude cal trans employee at a chain control center. They are like a “glorified” crossing guard.

  Please reconsider the commercial trailer skirt requirement for truck drivers. It is very difficult to remove a 16ft. ramp from a trailer which has a an installed or retro- fitted ramp rack with a trailer skirt in the way. These ramps weigh 200 lbs if not more and are very difficult to remove and replace. Thank you in advance for your careful consideration.

  Caltrans does not give proper notice on ramps that will be closed and it is a most unconsiderate and bastard thing to do specially when there are no proper detours for miles!!! Caltrans you suck!!!
