::Super impressed with my first experience with Callahans. Expecting to be given the usual run-around I explained to the Scheduling Manager I would be taking the morning off work to supervise the repair of our JennAir refrigerator. The Manager gave me a three hour window and promised to call when the tech was on his way. Peter, the technician arrived on time, and was quick to assess the situation. He face-timed and texted with the company's Help Desk (his boss), which essentially meant we had two heads on the job. A power surge had melted the starter motor, fortunately Peter had the part in his truck. In full transparency his boss forwarded a link of the part as a way of verifying the cost (impressed again by no shady overcharging!) Peter even managed to get the ice-maker working, which two techs from another company had tried to fix but figured was faulty. Easily the most professional team I've seen in a while. Kudos to Peter, his boss and the Scheduling Manager (I feel bad I can't remember her name because she was the bomb too.)

::Callahan appliance was great. I received a prompt appointment from P.C. Richards (unfortunately my brand new dishwasher didn’t work). The Callahan’s dispatcher provided a two hour window and even she called to tell me when the repair man was on his way. He showed up on time, was courteous, quick and fixed the machine! Great experience, keep up the good work.

::I would recommend finding another company. They have no regrets making you wait for over an hour, 3 calls to them unanswered,untill I requested a cancelation. Then the calls came back. I was told the technician would arrive in 30 minutes, an hour and a half later I'm informed he's still on another job. I gave up hourly wage to meet him, I asked for some type of compensation, was told NO. Maybe they forget, they are in the business of customer service, without customers, there out of business. I lost 3 hours pay waiting for nobody to show. Next company I called, $30 less for the initial visit, and confirmed a 30 minutes window or I do receive a discount. I have to wait a few days, but it will be worth not loosing more salary. There customer service is awful, 3 calls, no response till I'm cancelling. Really? Look elsewhere, seriously.
