Worst place ever. I bought 2 shoes during black Friday. One of them was of the worst quality I've ever seen. After one day the leather was already broken, and after 4 days the hill broke. When I went to the store to return it (1 week after the purchase) unfortunately I brought the wrong box, the employee was laughing at me, thinking I was faking it. I went back, came back with the right shoes at 9.02, they recognized me, but they told me that the store closed 2 minutes before, and I couldn't get in, even if there were still people inside. I will go back tomorrow and return both shoes. And I will never go back there.

Very interested in the store, often after the patronage.

Years ago, I bought a pair of shoes online and they didn't fit. I went out of my way to come to this store and both the store associate and manager were unyielding in letting me return them simply because I did not have the box. I explained to them that it was raining and the paper box in which they were poorly shipped was damaged, and I threw the box out. Who keeps a soggy delivery box? The shoes were spotless and had all of the original tags, yet they felt the need to parrot a corporate policy about a box like I didn't understand them the first time. Never have I experienced such horrific customer service. Despite calling a corporate number and trying to get the store to budge and inform them that this is not how returns are handled at any retailer, the associate and manager just brushed off the several messages and phone calls of evidence. Thankfully, I sent a verbose email and they sent me a discount, which I was not inclined to use. My first experience here involved a store associate taking my shoes away as I was trying them. If you take pleasure in being treated like crap, you'll have a blast here.
