::This is unbelievable, I was on the phone listening to music for almost 2 hours to buy my earthquake policy. They had the option buy online after the free estimate. but there is no option to go ahead and buy the policy. Looks like it is removed and need to call this office which has been a nightmare last 3-4 days.

::I realize that CEA does not deal directly with the public...but even getting a payment made through my insurance carrier is almost always painful. Paying my AAA regular insurance is no problem. Paying a CEA bill through AAA is hard. Sorry guys...you need to stop pointing the finger at the carriers and make it easier for people to pay their bill.

::Tried to get them to send me a bill and talked to them several times within a three week period. Finally got my bill and sent them a check on the same day. Ten days have elapsed and the check hasn't been cashed yet. Will call today to find out why their lousy service continues.

::A good resource for estimates on earthquake insurance and links to insurance providers. I hope Californians take advantage of this coverage.

::The new Premium Choice calculator was a great help to dial-in the coverage I was comfortable with. So many more choices. Feels like I can tailor my Earthquake risk to what I need.
