  The machine was out of service. But I was able to get ahold of customer service and they fixed it for me. As soon as I completed the steps on the kiosk screen the machine printed out my tags immediately. At first I was angry that I drove from Woodland to Sacramento and the machine wasn’t working. But now I’m super happy. This machine is extremely fast and easy. And it made it possible for me to beat the four hour wait time at the DMV branch in my city.
