  My experience was excellent from the very beginning to the very end. I started on the California Closets website to research the options available to me. I found numerous photos and ideas that convinced me I would choose California Closets to help me design a solution for a bedroom that I wanted to convert into a den. I needed storage bookshelves and a desk to be customized to fit the unique space. I submitted an inquiry to my local California Closets store and was promptly contacted to set up a consultation. The designer came to my home in the evening which was most convenient for me. She carefully listened to what I needed took several measurements and then designed a beautiful solution using the design software on her laptop computer. I was able to see exactly how the room would look via the software. That same night I approved her design and within a day she was able to confirm when the installation would occur. Prior to installation I received helpful follow-up calls from the local office to ensure I was all set for the installation crew to arrive. They came on the date and time they said they would finished the installation in one day cleaned up after themselves and left me with the exact solution I was hoping to achieve. Their level of service and quality are excellent and I am completely satisfied with the solution. And the entire project cost about 30% less than I anticipated so I highly recommend you work with California Closets. As a matter of fact I am so satisfied that I am starting to research another storage solution for a small hallway to add bookshelves and cabinets. I have looked numerous places to buy a finished bookshelf for that space but have been unsuccessful in finding the right size. I have peace-of-mind knowing that California Closets will be able to design a customized solution for that space. (Score 10 out of 10)

  Awesome. Went smoothly. The designer was smart and accommodating, listened well and worked efficiently. The installer arrived on time and was friendly and clean. He cleaned the walls before installation and the entire closet afterwards. He was available for my questions but not intrusive at all, changed something on another (Californa Closet) in the house at my request, and cheerful the whole time. The quality of the product is fabulous. A 10 out of 10.

  Great service - the designer was able to work in modifications over the phone and online after her initial visit. The installation was done quickly, as soon as the plans were finalized. The crew did a Saturday installation - no extra charge - so I did not have to take a day off from work. They were excellent - efficient, concerned that I had enough openings for electrical cords (this was a set of bookcases with a desk built in in between) - and they left my study in perfect condition.
