  Very unprofessional. This particular location FREQUENTLY locks the entrance doors, midday(like 2-3pm), to take "lunch breaks" when the sign clearly reads open. Even if you try calling, if it happens to be during one of their "breaks," your calls will be ignored. Also, my insurance bill was recently charged extra because "my signature did not match exactly the same as the previous time I purchased thier insurance." Customer service and communication is definitly not important to the Fort Worth Calema Insurance Agency
