  I love their cakes. And they are reasonable too compared to what other bakeries charge. All the fruit mousse cakes are light and fluffy and not too sweet. Special order cakes can be done online and then you just swing by and pick it up. All the folks who work here are nice too.

  I had a bad customer service experience with them not happy with what happened. Very upset that they seem to be selective of their customers.

  Cake Alchemy was amazing to work with. We are from out of state and were not able to meet up in person for tasting or consulting for our wedding cake. I explained what I wanted and had to trust them. And they came though perfectly. The cake was beautiful and delicious which is what I requested and I wasn't let down. Cake Alchemy is the place to go for wedding cakes in NYC.

  I love Lauri she's the best!!! I got cupcakes for my 25th birthday 5 years ago and they were awesome!!! Everyone is still talking about them
