::Absolutely fantastic! Went to food truck Wednesday and finally got to try their food. Got the jambalaya and crawfish étouffée fries and it was AMAZING!! Would highly recommend

::Shrimp and catfish has the best seasoning. This is the place to get good quality seafood in Tulsa, a must to try!!!!!

::The wait was 25 minutes once we ordered. The food doesnt come up in the order that customer order. The prices were okay until we tried it. The red beans and rice just tasted like rice with brown water. There was no spices in it. The catfish was run of the mill catfish. The shrimp was cold. My sister got tarter sauce, and I gone now. All of my fries were stuck together like a block, my sisters were separate like they are supposed to be. That means consistcy problems The portion sizes and prices were okay, but the quality of food is not okay. I had high expectations and was let down. Had to stop my sister from storming back and demanding a refund. Really wish Rubicon Potatoes had been out there to save me from trying that truck. Tasted nothing like home in Louisiana.
