  My home away from home. It's a coffee shop with great personality and a very casual atmosphere. They can make basically anything coffee related. Open until 1am on most nights. Food is limited to premade sandwiches and pastries. Though, they don't mind if you bring *food* in from the Wedge across the street. It's pretty popular in the neighborhood, especially with students, so might be hard to find a seat some nights. There's also a variety of pinball machines in the basement and a ping pong table.

  You know, the soda selection was definitely the best part of this place. The coffee isn't great but ok, the hours are good, and the atmosphere is unique. BUT, they don't have a good selection of soda anymore. It made me very sad to walk in here and find only a few lonely sodas where there used to be many great choices of soda... Please bring the selection back.

  Caffetto has a comfy, casual, artistic atmosphere. Almost every available space is taken up with some piece of art, scribbled note or other fun oddity. The coffee is always good and they often have decadent cakes by the slice. Their tea selection has something for everyone and they have a laid-back staff. 👍🏼 Another plus: they’re open late!

  Grungy in the best possible way, one of the last remaining places that still has the feel of uptown in its heyday. Ecclectic group of clientele. Coffee is OK, along with everything else--nothing is great except the vibe. It's a dive so if you're not into that then this isn't the place for you. Open late so it's great for cramming for finals or working late on a project if you can work through distractions of all kinds: people come and go and it draws in some interesting folks because of the location and how late it stays open.

  A cool coffee shop with a lot of character and great coffee. Lots of space for working/studying too. Also they have a bunch of pinball machines in the basement if you're into that; I haven't played any of them but at least I know where to go if I get a craving (among at least one other place).
