  Delicious coffees and desserts! The prices were very responsible for the north end and Boston in general, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was really nice. The decor included lots of old espresso and coffee machines, taking us back in time. Overall had a great time and can't wait to go back! The only tricky part is parking, don't think you'll find street parking in the north end, prepare for a garage.

  Visiting from NY we had to visit a cute little cafe in Boston's Little Italy. Our first visit was on Easter Sunday and it was packed but service was good and fast. The cappuccino is heavenly - and topped with chocolate. We visited again 2 days later and the place was much more relaxed. Pastries are good. I would recommend to anyone looking for a nice quiet spot to enjoy some good espresso.

  This is one of the oldest Cafe in the Boston area with old school Italian decor and atmosphere. If you have guests out of town or you are visiting from out of town, you should at least try this place once. They only take cash so credit cards are not accepted. Be ready to bring cash. -1* I had times that I enjoyed one of the best coffee I ever had, however one of the worst as well. I guess it depends on who is preparing it. Deserts are the same. If it is fresh, it is great however I had pretty bad ones here as well. The interior could use some cleaning up. Whenever I come in, everywhere is pretty dirty. Service is spotty too. Depending on who is working, I had a great service in one time and really terrible service on the other visit. Consistency of quality of services takes another star. -1*

  Very cute cafe in the North End. They have an awesome selection of espresso coffee drinks and alcohol. My mother and I visited on a very cold day - it's seat yourself but we were quickly greeted by a very friendly waitress. The place was a mix of locals and tourists and not too busy. I imagine it's very popular in the summer! My mother got a hot chocolate and slice of the rum cake. I had a shot of espresso and a beautiful (and delicious!) fruit tart. It's a nice place to sit down and catch up over good coffee and delicious pastries!
