::Charming coffee shop but work ethic is not great. They recently changed their opening times to 6:30am because the workers could not be counted on to come in and open the shop. Unfortunately, they still can't make it in on time to open the shop at 6:30am. No one ever cleans the tables in between customers. The bathroom is not clean. The coffee itself is great! And that is why it's a 3 star.

::This is not our first time here and I'm sure it will not be our last. Amazing food and the staff is super friendly and helpful. An amazing atmosphere also.

::Charming, lounge-y place to relax, drink coffee, and enjoy a chat with a friend. Avoids the commercial feel of other shops and is quietly comfortable with all kinds of seating. My "regular" hot chocolate was excellent, if unadorned. Nero has several holiday - focused ways to fix that, however. The array of sandwiches and treats they offer are hard to resist, so I didn't! And ordered the chicken salad on a croissant. The splendidly seasoned mix in a crackling flaky pastry was mouth-watering and satisfying. The décor is old-school with books, a fireplace, and lowish lighting which creates the feeling of a cozy nook. JP has several places to sit for coffee, none of them bad, but Caffè Nero is just a bit special.

::I absolutely adore Caffe Nero's vibe in all their locations. This one is a popular local spot and gets busy at times. These guys are understaffed, but they get stuff done and are very nice, to boot. Unfortunately, sometimes they need to adjust their hours, but that's the story today...

::Well, I guess these Cafes' are, somewhat of a relatively new franchise/chain, perhaps only located on the East coast. Never heard of them on the west coast before. Quite possibly, trying to copy the enormous materialistic conglomerate of Star "Bucks". And, also of, many smaller privately owned real Cafes', of true Italiano/French decent. Anyways, aside from the small-minded materialistic intentions of most modern places, these days. It does do an excellent job, in recreating, a rustic Italian atmosphere, with decor, lighting and furnishings. Even an awesome centered fireplace🔥 🤙🤙🤙😎 Really cool or Hot, which ever is your preference. Unfortunately, only a couple of real Italian pastries, cannolis and somewhat of a tiramisu. But no Neapolitans the absolutely most delicious pastries. And, it's great that they have music, in the background. However, the selection, could be far better 🎶🎶🎶🎼🍜🍜🍜 Anyways, Cheers and enjoy. 🤙🤙🤙🧞♂️
