::Good is always very good and easy very fast. Basic decor, but always clean. Get their app on your phone to earn free meals. Better than average drink selection.

::Really good food, if you've ever been to Cafe Rio you know what to expect. When I went I got the dregs of the sweet pork and had to order a second portion to get any meat is the reason it was a four star review rather than 5.

::This location had excellent service. The food is on par with other locations but this one is now my favorite location. I came in at 2 with a handful of my little kids. The two ladies who served me were personable, friendly, fast and helpful. They helped me get the kids sat, highchair, carried my food to the table, chase down my smallest escape artist and generally made this busy Mom's day a lot less stressful. Thank you so much!!

::First off, as almost everyone has said, the staff here is some of the rudest I've ever seen in a restaurant. One of them even grabbed my chips out of my hand and literally made physical contact. Apparently I grabbed the "wrong" bag of chips, even though they are all the same size. Regardless, instead of telling me it was the wrong bag, the guy just aggressively grabs the bag and physically made contact with me. I complained; he still works there. The food could be really good, however, they refuse to drain the meat of excess juices before they slap it in your taco. I asked specifically to do just that, and the guy told me "they couldn't " like I had just asked him to solve a quantum physics formula. To make matters worse, the lettuce is almost drowning in water and by the time you sit down to eat your taco, it's a soggy mess. This place was good, and could turn it around by just hiring better employees. After being a pro cook for 15 years, I can definitely tell you that the attitude of the employees isn't confined to the front of the house, and I do not trust this place to prepare, store, and serve their food in a safe manner. If you want a $2.25 soggy taco on Tuesday that may or may not give you food poisoning, then this is your spot.

::When my wife and I first started coming to this Cafe Rio location all the employees were awesome! They were kind, outgoing, fun, and competent. After Steve left, the service has been on a steep decline. The service is awful and the employees look miserable and are not kind. The food is still good (although it is hit or miss in freshness, we have had old looking lettuce and guac sometimes) and we will probably continue going here because of the convenience and price. But it is evident that management has not created a great environment for their employees in how miserable everyone always looks and how little effort they put into their service.
