  Ordered a breakfast sandwich and a coffee. Got back up to my room to find out there was not even an egg on the sandwich. Came back to ask for a fix and they couldn’t even make a new one. Simply just made an egg and put it on the old sandwich. Asked for a coffee refill to make up for the mistake which they said I had to pay for even though they messed up the morning. I’ll pass. McDonald’s has better service. Had to comeback and edit after tasting the food. Horrible... “fresh croissant” tastes days old. Bagel was like a rock.

  Staff was very nice and friendly. The food had a good flavor, but instead of giving me fresh carved beef it was pulled from a pan on the flat top. It was a little tough, crunchy, and hard to enjoy.

  My sandwich was super expensive for being mall quality food. My wife's gyro tasted horribly and they only had chicken available. It was twice the price for the worst food I've had in a week. Don't even bother looking at the menu.

  Stale veggies! A big no for your stomach. Both,falafel wrap and shawarma plate , was tasteless and not fresh. Falafels cover had got thick and hard.

  Leaving one star because I don't see a way to leave zero and write a review. We only had a coffee and cappucino which were fine, but this review is not about the food. The customer service is horrible! The employees are rude and condescending. Does it take much effort to smile and be polite? We are staying at the Venetian, but we won't be back to this place.
