  I read a good restaurant review and came here. We were highly disappointed. The mac and cheese was burnt, the sweet potatoes tasted fake, the white rice had a plastic texture. The roti itself was not authentic. I'm used to roti being fluffy and this was rubbery. The cod fritters were all dough, I had a hard time finding the cod. We spent almost $100 and were incredibly disappointed at this "Jamaican" fare. I missed the curry and spicy complexity of authentic Jamaican cuisine. The portions were small to add insult to injury. Three different people came in, and walked out while we waited for our food. The place was empty except for us, on a Saturday evening. Overpriced and underwhelmed. I gave the place 2 stars for decor and friendly staff.

  Delicious veggie roti, yucca puffs, and veggie sides! Everything always tastes really fresh. The owner, Patrick, is a really nice man and he's very accommodating to vegetarians. We appreciate that!
