::This place is a MUST try in the Bay Area. The vegetarian sample is a great way to try all of the variations of wot with a fresh side of injera. The sambusas were equally delicious, and jam packed with fresh, hot lentils. The whole meal was delicious and staff was super friendly. Would 10/10 would recommend - they even have a cute little shop inside where I ended up getting some Ethiopian Coffee!

::The new location at 5849 San Pablo Avenue in North Oakland is fantastic! The open kitchen is huge, and the dining area is beautifully decorated. There's an outdoor space out back too, and that's where most of the diners were on this afternoon. The service was great -- super nice waiter and the food arrived fast! We had the meat sambussas (triangular pastries like samosas), the meat combination platter, and the baklava. Everything was delicious, and very reasonably priced, especially for the amount of food you get. The meat combo platter was more than enough food for two people. We had a coffee with the baklava and hung out for a bit just enjoying the new space. Great experience. So glad these guys moved in -- we'll be back!

::Updated! The new location is so much better than the last. More space, and nicer atmosphere. Better parking too. Still the same amazing food as service as before. The mushroom tibs is the absolute best! Along with the meat and veggie sampler. Such a delicious spot and ideal with some friends too. The imported beer was a tasty way to wash it all down. The sambussies, both meat and veggie are bomb too. Finally, the service is amazing. I love Colucci!

::I was introduced to this charming friendly restaurant in 2019, amd we continue to dine here today. Meals are prepared and served beautifully and meal sizes are plentiful. Staff is awesome! Always a lively, happy crowd but never too crowded to enjoy the art, food, and ambiance. Great Ethiopian meals and awesome vibes!!
