  update as of Jan. 02, 2018 - The hotel concluded the investigation and sent me the email below without providing any details of what was investigated and what kind of facts were assess. Over the phone I found lots of holes in the report and intend to take the hotel to court of law. here are the email: ================================ We completed a thorough review and investigation of your incident. Based upon a careful analysis of the facts presented to us, we have concluded that there is no evidence to suggest that Caesars Palace was negligent in any way in this situation. While we certainly recognize this was an unfortunate event, we must respectfully deny all liability for this incident on behalf of Caesars Palace. Please be advised that the Statute of Limitations for property damage claims in Nevada is three (3) years from the date of loss. Caesars Palace appreciates your business and we hope that you visit them again in the future. ==========================
