::Ticket machine says cash only. Doesn't matter anyway, because it says "this transaction not available at this time" to every option, regardless of payment. Luckily the operator allowed us to go to another stop to try and purchase, but again, credit card part broken. We instead tried the flamingo app and bought a day pass on the phone. RFID didn't work. Then an hour later on the return trip, the app lost the pass and claimed it was "locked" on a "different phone." Called customer service, they tried to unlock it but it didn't work, then said we could show our receipt to the next conductor, and "as a courtesy" they could choose to allow us to take the return trip, and the flamingo app was just something they contracted through, not something they controlled.
