  Highly unprofessional. Had been working for a week with Jessica to get kitchen cabinets. Was good in the beginning.Came over, took measurements. But then after giving layout via email, refused to give cabinet sizes without getting a deposit. How does one go ahead and give deposit without knowing what one is getting??? Scheduled another meeting to discuss some changes and rework the price.First she was going to come over to our place, then her assistant called and said she prefers if we go to the store at 6 pm. So my husband and i both left work a little early to be on time. We entered the store at 5:54 to have the assistant tell us that she was about to call me to tell me that Jessica told her to reschedule for 7pm. And we both lost our cool at that point. How do you do that to a paying customer? You show that you are very busy but do not value other people's time?? If you are in a customer service industry , you have to brush up on courtesy!!1 This behavior is not acceptable.
