  I’m sad that I won’t go to c town again , it was one of the best grocery store I go to, the prices are tripled , the produce is not good at all, they are rotten and not fresh , the customer service is very bad , the workers are very rude, the only thing is still worth to go to is the bakery inside the store , other wise the store is not worth any trips from me anymore.

  I purchased three boxes of kibbeh. When I opened the first box, the kibbeh was smelly and unappealing. I went to return the other two boxes, but the manager refused to accept them even though we had just purchased them the other day and we always buy from there and this is how they treat us and most of their products are also past their expiration dates.

  Lost my business. I bought refrigerated cheese about a month ago and wanted to unseal it today to use it in a recipe to find out it was inflated. The cheese’s “best by date”, which I always treat as expiration date, is three weeks from today. I called the manufacturer and they said not to consume it and to call the market I bought it from to request a refund. That C-Town is a good customer of theirs. I called and spoke to a “manager” who said it was my fault for waiting a month to use it. I argued how could that be if it was never opened and still has three weeks to expire. He said it doesn’t matter. It’s my fault. I would not have minded if he said he cannot reimburse me and to contact the manufacturer. But to say it was MY fault? Nonsense and bad customer service.

  They also have a restaurant and different small vendors inside You can find most international stuff there

  Always convenient, literally they have all Indian/middle eastern spices and food, you can find all the frozen vegetables there specially the rare ones like Molokhia. prices fluctuates, best arabian bread and peta in the c town bakery, there are three or four small restaurants that offer Indian food inside the store, the staff is friendly and nice they helped me with the fresh vegetables selection and to translate from spanish to English, the cheese selection is variable and abundant there with Arabic/middle eastern speciality, I have not tried the poultry or the meat there, next time!
