  COMPLETE RIP OFF!!!! TOOK MY MONEY AND WOULDNT EVEN GIVE ME MY CAR. THE WOMAN THAT WORKS INSIDE IS ONE OF THE RUDDEST PEOPLE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED IN MY LIFE. THEY FREESTYLE FEES AND THE POCKET THE MONEY! HENCE CASH ONLY. SO, PEOPLE IN NEED OF A TOW OR SOMETHING IN THAT FIELD. STAY AWAY FROM C & T TOWING. THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY THE WORST!!!!!

  They provide a few necessary services, and are willing to communicate 24/7, have to respect that.

  NEVER EVER GO HERE. this place has the worst costumer survice. the worker harassed me on the phone to the point where i had to make a police report. ripped me off when they towed my car by charging me $300 in "fees". please save yourself time and money and being called vulgar names on the phone and go anywhere else. if i would have known i would have been treated like this i would have towed the car my damn self

  Terrible Service. Left me sitting on I78 for hours saying driver couldn’t locate me. Had to get towed to a dealer. Don’t think they wanted to go that far. Advised I would need to call roadside assistance back because they couldn’t help me. Said they tried twice. Right at Exit 55. How easy can it get.

  Woman who answers the phone is an EVIL, RUDE, NASTY, INHUMANE individual. She should never be allowed to have contact with a customer! My car was accidentally towed from my apartment buildings parking lot. I nicely tried to explain this to her and try and work it out. My car was towed at 8:30 PM, by the next morning when I realized my car was gone, the tow company wanted $310 to get my car out. Charging me for two days plus random other fees!!! 2 days in less than a 24hr period. She told me she didn't have time to help me. Her phones were ringing and she was to busy to listen to me. I asked to talk to management, she refused! She told I should just stop my pleading, it wasn't going to help me at all! Really? Heartless b*"CH! When I did go and pay the money right away, since I had no other choice! My car was being held hostage, so I paid the ransom! The mechanic man was nice to me, helpful and attentive. The nasty lady(only because I have class), was hidden away in a room. She wouldn't come out to face me.
