  I took in a necklace to find out why the silver was turning black. It only took her a minute to figure it out and clean it up for me, no charge. Not at all what I expected, and a wonderful surprise.

  Horrible service, walked in and was greeted by a the lady that was holding tissue to her nose while bleeding. I asked to get sized and was followed with so you're ordering online. Assuming I wasn't doing business with them immediately, Then instead of helping me get size, she just handed me the size rings and said, "here you go", and walked away. This place is rude, it has horrible service and they aren't helpful. Why would I want to give them my business , So I walked out and I'll never returned.

  Such an amazing family and customer service! Even though I did not buy anything, C&G was very honest with me about my family heirloom engagement ring. Instead of trying to up-sale me on a new engagement ring they provided me with different options and suggested I take time to think. Sweet family, honest people.
