  I had a brake issue with my Cadillac Escalade. I called then to change the brakes and look at a hose leak. They got me in very fast right before Christmas. I was told the water pump had a crack. The estimate was a little high but the work was done great and fast. My wheel hub was broke and I was told it was glued on but I didn't see where there was glue plus I had taken the tires off once before to change a sensor inside. I have meet the owner chad. He seems like a straight up guy. He wasn't there. But as far as repairs go my truck is running great and they did it fast. Well to update. After meeting with the owner. And finding out that three sensors didn't work after taking my truck there. I was told they don't know how it happen and gave me another high estimate to fix the problem. I dont get a replacement cap cover. I expected my old one and had no sign of glue. Seems like they make you pay top dollar for bargain garage work. Won't be going back and recommend the Pit Stop in Cary for good prices and great work. I took my truck to discount tire and they replace all four of the tire senses for half the price I was quoted by Chad. Two of the sensors were bad but they replaced four because they were twelve years old and would most likely go out soon. So it cost me 180 to replace the sensors and ten dollars to replace the custom tire caps that were not place back on my vehicle. And 78 more dollars for a cap cover.

  I came here after experiencing car issues based off the google reviews. I was more than pleased with my service. They were able to take me in the same day I called and were very quick to repair the issue at a good price. The service was wonderful and I highly recommend it!

  Honest customer service and quality work at reasonable prices. I've been there multiple times and I highly recommend visiting C&C for car maintenance and repairs

  Extremely glad to say that this was one of the top auto service experiences I've ever had. Often times its difficult to find a good auto service company because they'll either (1) charge an arm and a leg; (2) give you a list of 68 things that need fixing from $30 to $4000; or (3) give off an impression of inauthenticity. When I take my car in, I want a personal touch and someone to give me recommendations based on what THEY would do if they were in my shoes. C & C Auto Service did just that. Additionally, they saved me another $50 by suggesting a different course of action based on my small oil leakage. I don't think I'll go to another auto service company in Raleigh unless I absolutely need to

  I love this place. Every time I need anything done on my car this is where I go. The oil changes are quick if you've made an appointment, and the guys there are all like really cool uncles. I'm always treated with respect and they never treat me like the girl who knows nothing, even though my knowledge is limited when it comes to cars. Highly recommend this place to anyone.
