  Bought a washing machine in December 2017. Found out the next day from Samsung the washer C&C sold us was a Samsung recall, which they shouldn't have sold. Went back and forth with Carlos, promise after promise to give us our money back. Went through NY Atty General consumer protection. Did not get our money until we sued through small claims court. Looking for a reputable place, go to National Appliance in Uniondale. Quality items and great service.

  Asked if they were insured so they could deliver to my building. Appears they are not. Questionable sales tax practices too. Ripe for an audit.

  the attention is no the best you can't find in this tipe of places and the prices are so high even for used things

  This place is a ripoff, ive never had a worse experience in a "store" if you can call it that. I had a problem with an a/c came by to return or echange, the owner carlos tryed to give an used unit tht look anciendt and dirty when i wouldnt go for it he started to curse at me and call me a lier and also cursing and threating to fire the employee tht help me out. In order to get some money back he send someone to my house to see if i really wasent lying about the size of the room. END OF STORY PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE THAT GUY CARLOS IS A CON ARTIST WHOS LOOKING FOR EASY MONEY OFF SOMEBODY WHO WOULD NOT SPEAK UP. HE IS A THIEF AND HIS PRODUCTS ARE NOT GOOD AT ALL THEY ARE PAINTED WITH SORAY CANS AND ALL REFURBISHED MOST OF THE TIME BY HIS TEAM OF CRAPPY TECHS
