  Terrible experience booked a party for my daughter's sweetsixteen asked to change the date because of my dad had emergency bypass surgery spoke to the manger Joseph horrible he's very ill manned and unprofessional. received a letter in the mail this week my party is being cancelled and my money is nonrefundable. Terrible Terrible will not recommend this place be careful with this place when you first go in to meet with the party planner she's very nice and they lie to you untill you sign the contract then you see there true colors. Wrote a review before and they took down the wedsite and made a new one TERRIBLE!!!!
