  Had them replace my windshield they came to my job and that was nice a couple months later there was a crack on the inside of the glass at the bottom edge. They came out to me to check it out. They told me it was covered under warranty but i would have to bring it in since the temperature was to cold to repair it at my job. So I drove from Akron to Parma 40 minutes to get it fixed when i get there they tell me it is not covered and that my windshield wiper ( which is made of rubber) cracked my glass and they would give me a discount for another new one. Don't go here poor customer service and they will find any reason to deny your warranty

  I came to them because they were the most inexpensive place I could find. Within a week of installation the inside of my windshield was always freezing and the very bottom of the windshield began to crack. They told me to call them if that happened and when i did they told me to come in and the warranty would cover it. I drove almost an hour to their shop and first they told me they didn't have me in their system...ridiculous. After they "found me" all of a sudden it's not covered and i'd have to pay for a whole new windshield. This place is cheap for a reason and I would not recommend them to anyone. What a joke.
