  Friendly staff that is knows how to do any project. Great prices. Staff treats you with love and kindness. Why would I go anywhere else.

  Swindled me. $110 for 3 min of labor. Guy handed the bill to the cashier and ran to the back before she could give me the price.

  Excellent hardware store. Plus the guys that work there are helpful and know where everything is.

  Years of hardware experience, an advantage over those big stores. Some prices even lower than those big stores, but even those that are a little more, it's worth it for the customer service - and you're not forced to use self-check-out either.
