  I was very pleased with the results of Sonyia Byrd and Associates. They acted rapidly in ensuring that my children and I were seen my physicians so that our medical needs were met without delay after our car accident.   The insurance adjuster Michael is unprofessional and doesn't know how to talk to you let's just he spoke rudely and unprofessional to my mother and when she left the office she was upset to the point she wanted to cry, she said to me that the insurance adjuster Michael made her feel that he's doing her a favor her words to me was "that man don't know how to talk to people I just shut my mouth because I didn't want to say anything" she then said to me never mind and my mother had a look on her face that really hurt me to know that this man would speak to his elder unprofessional and with sarcasm. This incident has made me really sad.
